Okay, these may be one of our favorite engagement sessions. EB & Jonathan are two of the most rad and adventurous people we know. For part of their engagement session, they had an idea to have this dreamy space where they can dream up all of their future adventures together. They set this all up on their own – how cool are they?! We have really enjoyed getting to know them over the past few months, and cannot wait for their wedding day.     First of all, how stunning is EB? This is definitely one of our very favorite bridal sessions. We loved her Vera Wang dress, her gorgeous hair, and more importantly, we have come to learn that EB is pretty famous for showing horses, so what better place to shoot at then her horse farm? Getting to know EB over the past few months has been such a pleasure. She is one of the sweetest brides we have ever met – loves people, adventure, her family, and most of all now – her husband, Jonathan. We had such a great time shooting their wedding yesterday, and now so excited to show you these bridals.

    Panama is an absolutely beautiful country. The people, the land and the coffee. Sara and I had the privilege of shooting a wedding in the city of Boquete a couple of weeks ago (post coming soon), and the day before we left we rented a scooter and hit the hills. We spend the entire morning scooting around the mountains and taking some time to just breathe. That afternoon we attended a coffee tour at Cafe Ruiz, who provides beans to Stumptown and Intelligencia! The tour was really eye opening to all the work that goes into getting that little bean from the tree to my cup. Hope you guys enjoy the photographs of Panama and we will show you the wedding soon!     As much as she likes to say he’s not, Katie thinks Russell is one of the funniest people she knows. It was so fun to shoot their engagement pictures because they just laughed at each other the entire time. I love how both of them claim to not be romantics, but every time they looked at each other, I would always catch them whispering “I love you” to each other. Here are a few of our favorites.     We are SO excited to show you guys Kameron & Daniel’s outdoor, horse farm wedding. Rocky and Daniel have been great friends for a long time, and it was so special to be a part of their day. They love to have fun and were genuinely laughing with each other for most of the day. We wanted to share their portraits and wedding with you because they were so honest and beautiful together during these moments.

    Let me start off by saying, can you believe this dress?! The moment Taryn walked out of the dressing room at Anthropologie, Sara and I were both smiling from ear to ear. Sara and I have had the privilege of knowing Taryn for almost 3 years now and she is one of our closest friends. We had the rare opportunity to start Taryn’s bridal portraits inside an Anthro store and it was so perfect for her style. Throughout the session it was almost too easy to take her portrait because she was trusted that what we were asking her to do would get her the shots she dreamed of. We loved her birdcage veil, her awesome red lipstick, her awesome bouquet created by Blue Lotus and the individuality that came out when all those pieces were put together. We love you Taryn and think you made a wonderful bride. :)

    Costa Rica was literally the most fun vacation we have ever had.  We went with 4 of our best friends, and we stayed on the beach in a super cool house.  Not only was it so beautiful, but we had such a fun time on the beach in Playa Grande (about 15 minutes north of Tamarindo) and literally, they have the best pizza ever, not kidding.   One night was spent at Tamarindo’s discothèque, and that night was seriously on and poppin – SO much fun.  I don’t know of any others will ever top this trip.
